EXCEPT AS WARRANTED IN THE LICENSE AGREEMENT, GIGAPIXELIMAGES.COM HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH REGARD TO THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
7. This agreement constitutes the parties’ entire agreement concerning the subject matter hereof, and supersedes any other prior and contemporaneous communications. Notices will be deemed delivered on the date shown on the postal return receipt or on the courier, or facsimile confirmation of delivery. By submitting User Content, you certify that you are at least 18 years old, or you are at least 13 years old and have obtained your parent's or legal guardian's express consent to submit User Content. You also agree to receive further communications via mail, phone, and/or email from Gigapixel Imaging, our partners, vendors, or other affiliates. Gigapixel Imaging makes no representation that Materials at this Site are appropriate or available for use at other locations outside of the United States and access to and the use or display of them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. You may not use the Site or export the Materials in violation of U. S. export laws and regulations.
